Art. VII-2: Contracts made by the Board are made as agents for the members. Directors have no personal responsibility on any contract or commitment.
Art. IV-3d: The Board shall obtain comprehensive liability insurance covering the entire premises — $100K per person, $300K per accident, $50K property damages.
